Even if you complete the four-day Master Instructor course, you will still be a new pilot and a new instructor, so it is critical to fly as much as possible and train as many friends and family as you can get into the air to hone your skills and prepare for your opening.

We recommend a minimum of 25 flights and 25 first-time pilots before certifying any other instructors or flying any paying customers. As the sayings go, practice makes perfect and you don't get a second chance to make a first impression, so do your homework to ensure you have a smooth and successful opening.

And getting volunteers to fly for free shouldn't be too difficult!
